1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website (the portfolio of ItzRealOrionX) and to any commission or service arranged through it. By using this website or requesting a commission, you agree to them. I'm one person — "I", "me" and "my" refer to ItzRealOrionX throughout.

2. Commissions & services

Quotes and agreements

Every commission is quoted individually. The scope, price, deadline and any revisions are agreed in writing (usually Discord messages) before work starts. Once we both agree, that conversation is the contract for the project.

Ownership & licensing

Ownership and licensing of delivered work (source code, configs, assets) is agreed as part of the project scope before payment. Unless agreed otherwise, custom builds are licensed for use on the server or project they were made for and may not be resold or redistributed as your own work.

Payments & refunds

Payment terms (method, timing, any deposit) are agreed before work begins. Because commissioned work is custom-built, refunds are handled case by case based on how much of the work has been completed at the time of the request.

Delivery & support

Delivery means the final build plus the setup help agreed in the scope. Bug fixes for the delivered work are included for a reasonable period after delivery; new features and major changes are new work, quoted separately.

3. Acceptable use

When using this website, including the public feedback wall, you agree not to:

• Post spam, advertising, or links to malicious content.
• Post abusive, hateful, harassing or illegal content.
• Impersonate another person, or post content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its backend.

Content that breaks these rules can be removed at any time, and access may be blocked.

4. Privacy — what I collect

Feedback wall

The feedback form collects the name you type, your answer to "How do you know me?", a star rating and your message. Submissions are stored online and shown publicly on the feedback wall — visible to everyone. Don't include personal information you wouldn't want public.

What I don't collect

• No email address, account, or password is required to use this site.
• No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts run on this site.
• No cookies are set for tracking. The only browser storage used is a temporary session flag for the site owner's moderation mode, which stays on your device until you close the tab.

Third-party links

This site links to external services such as Discord, GitHub, Modrinth, YouTube and Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

5. Content removal

Feedback on the wall is moderated: I can remove any entry that breaks the rules above, and I'll also honor reasonable removal requests from the person who posted it. To request removal of your feedback, message me on Discord (dsc.gg/irox-dev) with the name it was posted under.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Significant changes to how feedback data is handled will be noted on this page.
